A website where no enquiry ever gets lost

A customer fills in the form on your website and their details go straight into a simple program with your customer list. You can see who asked, what about, when, and what you replied. The program reminds you who to call back before the customer goes to a competitor.

Why this works differently in the Canaries

In a small business, enquiries come in through every door at once: the website form, phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email. Some get written in a notebook, some stay on your phone, and some you simply forget because you were on site or with a customer. A website with a CRM brings all of this into one place. You don't need to be good with computers: you get one list where every customer has a status, for example "new", "quote sent", "booked", "done".

Who it's for

  • Renovation and building firms, installers, solar panels, air conditioning
  • Service businesses that send out quotes: cleaning, gardening, removals
  • Clinics and salons that want to know where their customers come from
  • Estate agents and advisers who look after lots of clients at once
  • Any business that gets more enquiries than anyone can remember

What's included

  • A business website that is fast and looks good on a phone, in English, Spanish or Polish
  • A quote form with questions tailored to your line of work
  • Every enquiry saves itself to your customer list
  • Customer statuses and a named person responsible for each one
  • Reminders: "call back tomorrow", "follow up on the quote in 3 days"
  • Where each customer came from: Google, Facebook, a recommendation
  • An email or phone notification for every new enquiry
  • Training (an hour is usually enough) and help after launch
How it works in practice

Real-life examples

A renovation firm and a bathroom enquiry

Situation: On Sunday evening Ana fills in the form: bathroom renovation, 6 m², Adeje.

  1. 1You get a notification on your phone with her details and photos of the bathroom.
  2. 2A new card appears on your customer list, "Ana, bathroom, Adeje", with the status "new".
  3. 3The program adds a task for Monday morning on its own: "call Ana".
  4. 4After the call you change the status to "quote sent", and 3 days later you get a reminder to ask whether the quote is clear.

Result: Nothing sits in your inbox until Wednesday, and the customer feels someone is looking after her.

Where do my customers actually come from?

Situation: You pay for Facebook ads and don't know whether they are worth it.

  1. 1Every enquiry from the website is saved together with where it came from.
  2. 2At the end of the month you see a simple summary: 12 enquiries from Google, 5 from Facebook, 4 from recommendations.
  3. 3You can also see how many of them turned into paid jobs.

Result: You know what to spend your advertising money on and what to switch off.

How it works

From quote to launch in four steps

  1. 1

A chat and a quote within 24 hours

You tell me how customers reach you today and what happens to them next. You get a concrete quote.

  2. 2

    Form and statuses

We agree on the questions in the form and the stages of working with a customer, matching how you really work.

  3. 3

    Website and customer list

I build the website and connect it to the customer list. Usually 3 to 4 weeks.

  4. 4

    Training and support

I show you how to use it on your phone and computer. After that I'm a WhatsApp message away.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What actually is a CRM?

It's a program with a list of your customers. For each customer you can see what they asked about, what you sent them, when you last spoke and what needs doing next. A bit like a very well organised notebook that reminds you of deadlines and that you can't lose.

I'm not good with computers. Will I manage?

Yes. I set up only what you actually use, without hundreds of buttons. Most clients run everything on their own after an hour of training, including from their phone.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

No. I can connect the form on your current website to a CRM. Have a look at the CRM for businesses service, which has a package for exactly this case.

How many people can use it?

As many as you need. You don't pay a monthly fee for every employee, as you do with many subscription programs.

Where is my customers' data stored?

On a server in the European Union, in line with GDPR. The data belongs to you and you can download it to Excel at any time.
