CRM for your business: every customer, quote and task in one place

No more sticky notes, notebooks and scrolling through WhatsApp to find what you promised to whom. I set up a simple program where you can see all your customers, the quotes you've sent, invoices and today's tasks. It fits the way your business works, not the other way round.

Why this works differently in the Canaries

Small businesses in Spain often keep track of customers in Excel, on the owner's phone or "in their head". That works while there are only a few customers. Then the mistakes start: someone never got their quote, someone has been waiting a week for a call back, and an employee doesn't know what the boss agreed with the customer. A CRM is one shared place where everyone in the business sees the same thing and nothing depends on one person's memory.

Who it's for

  • Businesses that keep track of customers in Excel, a notebook or on their phone
  • Businesses with a few employees, where everyone needs to know what was agreed with a customer
  • Businesses that send lots of quotes and lose track of who replied
  • Owners who want to see what's going on in the business without phoning everyone
  • Businesses paying for an expensive subscription program and using 10% of it

What's included

  • A customer list with history: calls, quotes, invoices, notes
  • Enquiries and work stages, for example "new", "quote", "job", "done"
  • Tasks and reminders for you and your staff
  • Quotes and documents prepared from ready-made templates
  • Moving your customers over from Excel or an old program
  • Staff accounts with permissions: everyone sees what they should
  • Works on a computer and on a phone
  • Training in English, Spanish or Polish and help after launch
How it works in practice

Real-life examples

A quote nobody forgets about

Situation: You send a quote for cleaning an office and the customer goes quiet.

  1. 1You create the quote in the CRM from a ready-made template and send it with one click.
  2. 2The customer gets the status "quote sent", and you get a task: "ask for a decision on Friday".
  3. 3On Friday morning the CRM shows you a list: three quotes are waiting for an answer.
  4. 4You call, the customer says "yes", you change the status to "job" and book a date straight away.

Result: Quotes no longer slip away just because nobody followed up.

An employee on holiday, a customer on the phone

Situation: One of your staff was looking after a customer and is now on holiday. The customer calls with a question.

  1. 1You open the customer's card on your phone.
  2. 2You see the whole history: what was agreed, the price, the date.
  3. 3You answer straight away, without ringing your employee on the beach.

Result: The business keeps running, even when someone is on holiday or leaves.

Monday morning in 2 minutes

Situation: You want to know what's happening in the business before you finish your coffee.

  1. 1You open the CRM and see today's tasks for the whole team.
  2. 2You see new enquiries from the weekend and who will deal with them.
  3. 3You see jobs in progress and unpaid invoices.

Result: One screen instead of five phone calls to your staff.

How it works

From quote to launch in four steps

  1. 1

    A chat

You show me how you keep track of customers today: Excel, a notebook, your phone. I'm not judging, just listening.

  2. 2

    Set up for your business

I set up the stages, fields and templates to match how you work. No features you don't need.

  3. 3

    Moving your data

I move your customers over from Excel or an old program, so you don't start from scratch.

  4. 4

    Training and launch

I train you and your staff. For the first few weeks I'm on the phone for any question.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from programs like HubSpot or Pipedrive?

With those you pay every month for every employee, and they are packed with features a small business never uses. I set up a CRM based on a proven, open program (Dolibarr) that belongs to you, with no per-user fees and only the features you need.

Can the CRM issue invoices?

It can prepare quotes, orders and invoices. If your gestor (accountant) uses their own accounting program, we'll agree how to pass documents to them so nothing has to be typed in twice.

My customers are in Excel. Will I lose them?

No. I move them into the CRM, along with any notes that can be brought across. You start with your full customer list.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, the CRM works in your phone's browser. You can check a customer or add a note straight after a call, for example in the car.

What if something stops working?

For the first few weeks I'm available at no extra cost. After that you can choose a monthly care plan, where I look after the server and backups and answer your questions.
