The guest sees which days are free, picks their dates, and the system automatically calculates the price (with seasons, minimum stays and long-stay discounts).
iCal and API sync
Your availability is synced with Booking, Airbnb and Vrbo. A booking on one channel blocks the rest. Zero double bookings.
Direct payments
Stripe or Redsys (Spanish banks). Take the full amount, a deposit or just the first night. The money lands in your account straight away, without waiting for the guest to leave.
Automatic guest emails
Booking confirmation, check-in instructions, lockbox code, WiFi password, and a review request 24h after check-out. All in English and Polish, without you lifting a finger.
Automatic IGIC invoices
Every booking generates an invoice compliant with Canary Islands law (7% IGIC or 0% for the EU). It connects to Dolibarr ERP for your accountant.
