Admin panel for airport transfers
Route, pick-up time, flight number, driver and journey status — all visible in one place, instead of scattered across messages.
Why a website alone isn't enough
Without a panel, every transfer has to be tracked by hand: who is handling it, whether the flight has changed and whether the client has already paid.
WhatsApp enquiries often lack the flight number, address or luggage count.
Journeys are assigned to drivers verbally, with no single view of the whole day.
A change in flight time means passing the information to the driver manually.
There is no history of clients who return to the island and need a transfer back.
What you see in the panel
- Journey list with route, date and pick-up time.
- Flight number assigned to each journey.
- Driver status: available, assigned, en route, journey completed.
- Vehicle type and number of passengers.
- Payment status: pending, deposit paid, paid in full.
- Operational notes: child seats, luggage, delays, special requirements.
- View of return journeys linked to the original booking.
Customer data in the CRM
- Passenger details and flight number.

- History of this client's previous transfers.
